General Terms and Conditions

1. SWISS GROUPS SERVICE CARD

1.1 The Swiss Groups Service Card of Autogrill Switzerland Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "Card") is available for bus drivers in possession of a category D and K driving licence and a vehicle registration certificate, as well as for tour guides in possession of an ID card, who accompany groups of at least 10 consumers to the food courts of the service areas listed below (hereinafter referred to as the "Participating Points of Sale"):

• Motorway service areas belonging to Autogrill Switzerland Ltd.

1.2 The card is free of charge, linked to the person in whose name it has been issued (hereinafter referred to as the "Card Holder") and not transferable to third parties.

2. HOW TO OBTAIN THE SWISS GROUPS SERVICE CARD

2.1 The Card can be requested online or at the Participating Points of Sale, using the application form and presenting the documents referred to in clause 1. The application form is available either online or at Participating Points of Sale and must be completed truthfully and be signed.

2.2 The Card may be withdrawn at any time if Autogrill Switzerland Ltd or a third party designated by it becomes aware that the conditions for issuing the Card set out in clause 1 have not been met, that third parties have made unauthorised use of the Card or that the Card has been used unlawfully in some way.

3. BENEFITS FOR CARD HOLDERS

3.1 The Card entitles the Card Holder, who makes a stop at a Participating Point of Sale with a group of at least 10 consuming persons in terms of clause 3.2, upon presentation of the Card at the cash desk, to obtain the following benefits for each of such stop:

• Consumption of a meal, incl. beverage, in the value of max. CHF 30.-;
  and
• a Swiss Groups Service Voucher in the value of CHF 10.- issued by Autogrill Switzerland Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Voucher").

3.2 A consuming person means a person who consumes a product (food or beverage) purchased at the respective Participating Point of Sale without having to reach a certain minimum consumption amount.

4. SWISS GROUPS SERVICE VOUCHER

4.1 The Voucher is valid until 31.12.2026 and can be used to purchase goods and services at Participating Points of Sale in Switzerland upon presentation of the Card, subject to the exceptions set out in clause 4.2.

4.2 The Voucher cannot be used to purchase stamps, lottery tickets, telephone cards, prepaid mobile phone cards, Viacards, tobacco products, magazines, Swiss or Austrian motorway toll stickers (Vignette) or fuel. The Voucher cannot be used at Cremo and Restoshop in Gruyère and at Restoshop in Bavois. At the Rose de la Broye point of sale, the voucher can only be used in the "a mo'" restaurant.

4.3 The Voucher is not transferable to other persons.

4.4 Vouchers from foreign Autogrill motorway service areas are not valid.

5. APPLICABLE LAW

The conditions to obtain and use the Card and the associated services (in particular the Voucher) as well as the underlying legal relationship are exclusively governed by the laws of Switzerland.

6. EFFECTIVE DATE AND CHANGES

These General Terms and Conditions shall apply as of 01.03.2023. They may be unilaterally amended by Autogrill Switzerland Ltd at any time. Amended General Terms and Conditions shall apply from the date indicated the amended General Terms and Conditions but shall not affect the validity period of a Voucher already issued before that date.
